Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo was made available for download on both Tidal and Kanye’s website on April 1 Life of Pabloand according to Billboard the album will “debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart dated April 23, with over 90,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending April 7.”  The relevance? This would make The Life of Pablo the first No. 1 album where more than half of its album units were “generated by streaming equivalent albums.” Love him or hate him, K.W. sells.

There is a nice feature from our colleagues at the L.A. Times on Rain: A Tribute To The Beatles, Rain. A Tribute to the Beatlesand we wanted to point that out for all you Beatles fans out there. The group will be appearing tomorrow in Costa Mesa, California, at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts (600 Town Center Drive). Granted, there are many such tribute acts out there but this group really pays attention to detail. Check them out.

Finally, it’s no secret that one of the hottest tickets around pertains to the epic group, Guns N’ Roses. Today Rolling Stone has posted an awesome write up of the group’s third public performance. No wonder this ticket is so hot. Check it out. G and R
