Talk about a pain in the ass, this past Thursday a former Denver radio host filed a federal lawsuit against Taylor Swift alleging that he lost his job after he was accused of inappropriately touching the singer’s rear end during a photo session which took place at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013. According to David Mueller, the person filing the lawsuit, he claims he was falsely accused by one of Swift’s security team of the grab which apparently took place when Mueller was backstage for a meet and greet with Swift. According to the lawsuit, Mueller and his girlfriend took a pic with Swift then they left. Subsequently, a member of Swift’s security team accused Mueller of inappropriately touching the pop icon. Apparently, Swift’s security members verbally abused the couple and then escorted them out the building.
Mueller, a 20 year veteran in radio, was then fired by his employer two days later. Mueller, of course, denies the allegations. A statement from Swift’s publicist said that Mueller’s employer was given evidence after the incident and it made its own decision about Mueller. Hopefully, justice will act Swift-ly here and resolve this matter.
