We recently had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with one of the most talented bass players in the music industry; the great Abe Laboriel, Sr. Abe is a legend in the music community and he is widely known as one of the most in demand session players of all time. Indeed, the list of artists that Abe has worked with coupled with the records that he has appeared on is nothing short of staggering. This list of artists includes such names as Al Jarreau; George Benson; Barbara Streisand; Christopher Cross; Dolly Parton; Donald Fagen; Elton John; Engelbert Humperdinck; Herb Alpert; Leo Sayer; Madonna; Michael Jackson; Paul Simon; Ray Charles; and, Stevie Wonder.

Add to Abe’s immense talent and musical resume the fact that he is a great human being and wonderful family man and you have a recipe for a legend. Abe is simply fabulous and we really think you will enjoy our sit down with the man. Check it out.
